The Kahului Service Center is located at the Maui Mall Shopping Center, 70 E. Kaahumanu Avenue, Suite A-17. To book a road test appointment, call 270-8080 one work day prior to the day you wish to take the road test beginning at 7:45 am, Monday through Friday. Appointments are confirmed daily on a first call, first served basis. Please have your permit number ready to give the Customer Service Representative when they answer your call.

The last Driver's License written test is administered at 3:30 pm. Please note, if you are not issued a test by 3:30 pm you will be advised to return the following work day to take the written test.
