The Lahaina office is located at the Lahaina Civic Center, on Civic Center Road, just off Honoapiilani highway. Office hours are from 8:00 am to 10:45 am and 12:00 noon to 3:30 pm on Monday through Friday. Closed on weekends and holidays.

Written tests are administered between 8:00 am and 10:15 am and between 12:00 noon and 3:00pm. Please note, if you are not issued a test by 10:15 am, you will be advised to return at 12:00 noon to take your test. If you are not issued a test by 3:00 pm you will be advised to return the following work day to take the written test.
