The Upcountry office is located at the Mayor Hannibal Tavares Community Center, 91 Pukalani Street, in Pukalani. Office hours are from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. The office is closed on weekends and holidays.

Written tests are administered between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please note, if you are not issued a test by 3:00 pm you will be advised to return the following work day to take the written test.
