Farm Plan Application
Purpose:
The Farm Plan Application established the principle and primary use of agriculture for the construction of farm-dwellings (accessory use) within the State Land Use and County Agricultural Districts.
How To Apply:
Complete the
Farm Plan Application, including the Unilateral Agreement, and submit it to the
Department of Planning.
Approving Agencies:
The Farm Plan Application and Unilateral Agreement are reviewed and approved by the
Department of Planning, Zoning Administration and Enforcement Division.
Processing Time:
30 days
Duration of Approval:
Once approved, Farm Plans may be amended, subject to the review and approval of the
Department of Planning.
Fees:
$55 processing fee, payable to "
County of Maui, Director of Finance". No processing fee shall be required for applications filed by county agencies.
