Purpose:
This application is required when requesting off-site parking (OSP), a parking stall waiver (PSW) or parking reduction.
How To Apply:
Complete the Parking Application packet and submit to the Department of Planning.

Non-refundable filing fee. See Fee Schedule, Table B, "other permits and approvals" Checks are payable to the "County of Maui, Director of Finance".
