A Development Plan Review may be obtained to specify the uses of land, and the layout of the project's landscaping, circulation, and buildings, for districts or uses which also require a Project Master Plan Review.

Complete Development Plan Review application packet and submit it to the Department of Planning.

Non-refundable filing fee (see Fee Schedule, Table B) payable to "County of Maui, Director of Finance".
