Purpose:
This application is required when an amendment to the terms, conditions or time stipulations of an existing Planning permit or application is requested.

How To Apply:
Complete the Application for Amendment to Permit Terms, Conditions, and Time Stipulations and submit it to the Department of Planning.

Approving Agencies:
The Planning Department.

Duration of Approval:
As stated in the planning permit.

Fees:
A fee as specified in the Budget. If a public hearing is required, Table A shall be used; if not then Table B shall be used to determine the fee.
