Country Town Design Review Application
Purpose:
A Country Town Design Review (CTB) may be obtained to ensure the required conformance with adopted design guidelines for structures proposed as new, for reconstruction, or for renovation involving 50% or more of each elevation, and also for specified signs
How To Apply:
Complete the Country Town Design Review Application packet and submit it to the Department of Planning.
