The Zoning and Flood Confirmation Form verifies the County Zoning, Community Plan, State Land Use District designations, Flood Zone and other special districts for parcels of land located within the County of Maui.

How To Apply:
Completed Zoning and Flood Confirmation Forms shall be submitted to the Department of Planning, Zoning Administration and Enforcement Division.

Department of Planning, Zoning Administration and Enforcement Division

Processing Time:
Processing time is 15-20 days.

Duration of Approval:
Zoning and flood confirmations are accurate at the time of confirmation and may be subject to change.
