Purpose:
The Agricultural Use Application establishes the principle and primary use of agriculture for the accessory uses and structures that are not farm-dwellings, within the State Land Use and County Agricultural Districts.

How To Apply:
Complete the Agricultural Use Application, and attach a map and written description of the principal agricultural uses, and submit it to the Department of Planning.

Approving Agencies:
The Agricultural Uses Application are reviewed and approved by the Department of Planning, Zoning Administration and Enforcement Division.

Processing Time:
30 days

Duration of Approval:
Once approved, Agricultural Use Approvals may be amended, subject to the review and approval of the Department of Planning.
