The Department of Water Supply (DWS) is extending the expiration dates to June 30, 2013, for all existing agricultural rate customers.  The DWS will be converting to a new billing system and wants to ensure that the conversion from the old to the new system will not negatively impact existing agricultural rate customers.

Agricultural renewals will also be changed from calendar year to fiscal year, beginning July 1, 2013.

In order to retain the agricultural rate, a service holder must submit a written application during each fiscal year to the DWS and provide satisfactory proof of agriculture, stock raising, aquaculture, or dairy farming on a commercial basis. 

Forms were mailed to customers on May 1, 2013.
