The Department of Housing and Human Concerns (DHHC) Grants Management Division (GMD) is responsible for the administration of over $9 million in grants. Grants are awarded to private, non-profit organizations to provide services and programs in the areas of social welfare, youth services, alcohol and substance abuse, homelessness, youth centers, and other public service programs.
Community Partnership Grants Program *New Funding FY's 2015 and 2016
The Community Partnership Grants (CPG) program is administered by the Grants Management Division (GMD), and provides grants to community organizations for core social services programs. Funding recommendations for the Community Partnership Grants program are made by the Department of Housing and Human Concerns (DHHC).

Ongoing technical assistance and information pertaining to grants administration, community resource development, and grants writing is also available to grantees through the GMD.
