Grants
The Grants Management Division (GMD) is responsible for the administration of over $6 million in grants. These grants are awarded to private, non-profit organizations to provide services and programs in the areas of social welfare, culture and the arts, youth services, early childhood education and childcare, alcohol and substance abuse, transportation, homelessness, youth centers, and other public service programs.
Community Partnership Grants Program *New Funding FY's 2013 and 2014
The Community Partnership Grants (CPG) program is administered by the Grants Management Division and provides grants to community organizations for core social services and programs. Funding recommendations for the Community Partnership Grants program are made through the Grants Review Committee.
Funding recommendations for the CPG program are generally proposed for a period of two years. See Community Parternership Grants (CPG) Funding for more information.
Other Functions
Ongoing technical assistance and information pertaining to grants administration, community resource development, and grants writing is also available to grantees by the GMD.
