What We Do
Immigrant Services is a division of Maui County’s Department of Housing and Human Concerns. Our goal is to assist new residents of Maui County in becoming fully integrated and productive members of our community.

We provide free assistance to non-immigrants, immigrants, migrants and citizens with a wide range of immigration related matters including citizenship, permanent residency and family-based petitions. We also offer assistance with acculturation, information, referral, translation and interpretation services.

We also regularly publish a newsletter to communicate to all residents information, events, services, and important dates of interest.  Read the newsletter.

The Immigrant Services Division is not affiliated with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and does not adjudicate or enforce immigration matters.

Before Visiting Us
Please help us provide the best, and most effecient, service possible to you.  If you are able to, please find the form(s) you need from our Summary of Services links and complete it to the best of your ability prior to visiting our offices.  Bring the forms with you when visiting us and our staff will help check for accuracy and completeness, and help find answers to any questions you may have.
