Immigrant Services
What We Do
Immigrant Services is a division of Maui County’s Department of Housing and Human Concerns. Our goal is to assist new residents of Maui County in becoming fully integrated and productive members of our community.
We provide free assistance to non-immigrants,
immigrants,
migrants and
citizens with a wide range of immigration related matters including citizenship, permanent residency and family-based petitions. We also offer assistance with
acculturation, information, referral, translation and interpretation services.
We also regularly publish a
newsletter to communicate to all residents information, events, services, and important dates of interest.
Read the newsletter.
The "
Summary of Services" link to the left offers a complete list of our services. Our office hours and locations are described below. The Immigrant Services Division is not affiliated with the
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and does not
adjudicate or enforce immigration matters.
