Planning Committee
Meetings:
Planning Committee meetings are held in the Council Chamber at 1:30 pm on the Monday prior to the first and the third Friday of each month; however, the schedule is subject to change. The Committee may also periodically schedule site inspections. Duties:
Planning Committee duties include reviewing and considering:
• General plan revisions and community plan revisions that are not specific to a project, and related processing procedures.
• Zoning regulations not specific to a project.
• Infrastructure impact fees based on long-range plans.
• Operations of the Department of Planning.
• Energy efficiency, and other environmental issues not primarily within the scope of another committee.
