Sign Permit Variance (SPV)
Purpose:
A lessee or owner of real property upon which a sign is to be erected or an agent thereof with authorization from the owner and lessee, may apply for a variance from the commercial sign ordinance,
Maui County Sign Ordinance (2002).
How To Apply:
Complete the
Sign Variance Application and submit to the
Department of Planning.

No expiration.
Fees:
Non-refundable filing fee (see
Fee Schedule, Table B "Other Permits and Approvals") payable to "
County Maui, Director of Finance".
