The Department of Water Supply (DWS) is switching to monthly billing for water and sewer services.

Future plans for 2013 include:

• DWS is currently working on providing online eBill access.  eBill will allow you to view or print your bill for the current and past 12 months. 
• eStatement will allow billing statements emailed to customers who sign up for the service.  This will also be available online.  Only one bill is provided, either mailed or emailed. 
• DWS is also working on accepting credit card payments. 

The Fiscal Division is in charge of accounting responsibilities and customer service including:

• Budget development
• Budget control
• Overseeing the annual audit
• Long-range financial planning
• Advising BWS on fiscal matter
• Payroll preparation
• Centralized purchasing
• Maintenance of stores inventory
• Process and research claims for damages
• Provides customer support
• Processing of bills and payments
• Tracking and responding to customer inquiries and service requests
• Collection of delinquent accounts
• Handling water service applications
• Administering rules and regulations relating to water service
