The Real Property Tax division administers the tax assessment and collection system and assists the Real Property Tax Review Board in processing appeals. This division provides custodial responsibilities for all property records pertaining to the transfer of title of real property recorded with the Bureau of Conveyances.

Delinquent Tax Accounts Three or More Years
The following is a list of parcels and owners with property taxes that have been delinquent for three or more years.

List of Accounts Delinquent for 3 or more Years

All real property on which a lien for taxes exists may be sold by way of foreclosure if the lien has existed for three years.

Note - Frequently there is more than one owner of a property.  All owners are listed, and all are responsible for the full tax liability until paid.
