Drop Box Centers
Residents can recycle cardboard, newspaper, glass containers, plastic bottles and aluminum and steel cans at any of the County's Recycling Drop Box Centers. Please report full boxes, illegal dumping, or other problems at drop boxes to Recycling Section at (808) 270-7880.

Please remove recyclables from the container you brought them in.

Illegal Dumping
It is illegal to dump appliance and bulky items on roadsides or at the recycling centers. Illegal dumping is unsightly and may be dangerous to public health and safety. Violators will be prosecuted. Report illegal dumping to the Maui Police Department at (808) 244-6400, and to the State of Hawaii Department of Health at (808) 984-8230.

Curbside Recycling
Maui County does not currently provide curbside pick up of recyclables. Aloha Waste Systems 893-0932, Maui Disposal 242-7999, and Maui Recycling Service 244-0443 offer curbside recycling service to businesses and/or residents for a fee.
